The programme provides facilitated opportunities for leaders from different segments of the special and inclusive education ecosystem to come together to better understand each other’s vision, practices and challenges. Objective |
Inclusion Matters is a six-month executive leadership programme for leaders in the field of special and inclusive education. The programme provides facilitated opportunities for leaders from different segments of the special and inclusive education ecosystem to come together to better understand each other’s vision, practices and challenges.

• School Leaders from mainstream and SPED schools and Centre Leaders from Early Intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EIPIC) centres
• School Leaders from preschools
• Key Personnel, Teacher Leaders and SEN Champions from mainstream and SPED schools
• Lead/Senior SEN Officers
• Leaders (e.g., psychologists, allied health professionals, employment support professionals) from social service agencies, disability support, community mental health and hospital settings
• Leaders from divisions and agencies at MOE, NCSS/MSF and MOH involved in supporting persons with disabilities
