Course synopsis |
Human beings can volitionally choose to think, feel, speak, and act in positive manners, unlike robots who are not endowed with choice. This course presents the realities of life outcomes of filling the brain and mind with positive/negative words, thoughts, feelings, speech, and actions. It aims to empower participants to take positive actions to deal with negative thoughts, challenging people, and stressful situations by injecting positivity into real life practices. Objectives:
Outline: The course will cover the following: 1. Aspects of Neuropsychology 2. Aspects of Positive Psychology 3. Aspects of Will Psychology 4.
