Course synopsis

The race by global players to introduce Artificial Intelligence in important areas in our lives is just one of the major influences in the world today.  Another major influence is the uncertainty brought about by new challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic.  The Public Service is rallying for transformation in all sectors of the Service.

An important question at this time is “How do we prepare our workforce for transformation?”   Design Thinking provides an Innovation Methodology that can be used in any area of work to support creative thinking and innovation.
