Course synopsis

This outcomes-based course aims to empower assessment teams with the knowledge and skills to enact and enhance impactful feedback practices within their organisations. Through a comprehensive exploration of key concepts, practical applications, and collaborative discussions, each team will learn and apply feedback literacy and leadership fundamentals.

This course is designed for participants to pursue individual and group learning outcomes. Individually, each participant should be able to articulate feedback fundamentals, and reflect on how existing practice may be strengthened accordingly. In addition, each team should be able to develop and implement an assessment change plan which could include an enhanced feedback practice incorporating course module outcomes.
